Leadership
Josh Manning
Founder and CEO, Valiant Group

Josh Manning is the founder and CEO of Valiant Group. What began as a side project flipping distressed houses has grown into a team of over 50 professionals, a portfolio of 600-plus units under management, and a development track record spanning single-family homes, residential infill, adaptive reuse, multifamily communities, and multi-building complexes.

Manning's background in construction gave him an edge from the start. That foundation shaped Valiant Group's model: acquire, develop, and manage everything in-house. Valiant controls the full lifecycle of every property it touches, from initial concept through leasing, ongoing maintenance, and long-term asset management.

His instinct has always been to find the properties others have passed on, turning derelict lots and neglected buildings into quality housing at attainable price points.

"Do quality work, own it for the long term, and build something the community is better for having."
