We’re beyond excited to finally say it: Holland Park Apartments now are now pre-leasing, and we couldn’t be prouder of what this place has become.
Built With Heart (and a Whole Lot of Hustle)
This has been one of our most rewarding projects to date—not just because of how it looks (though yeah, we love the design), but because of what it took to make it happen.
Between unexpected zoning puzzles, mystery streams popping up mid-construction, and navigating flood plains and buffer zones, Holland Park tested every ounce of patience and problem-solving we had. But with the right team (and a lot of late nights), we turned those challenges into something we’re genuinely proud to bring to the Springfield community.
