One of our earliest and proudest achievements is the revitalization of 806 South Avenue, a historic brick apartment building nestled in downtown Springfield. We recognized the potential hidden beneath years of wear and tear and saw an opportunity to not only restore a building but rejuvenate a community. Our in-house team meticulously designed each detail, preserving the building's historical charm while infusing it with modern luxuries. We then brought these designs to life, completely overhauling the plumbing, electrical systems, windows, doors, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. The result was a beautiful blend of old-world charm and contemporary elegance, complete with 10 ft ceilings, exposed brick walls, and abundant natural light in every unit. Today, 806 South Avenue stands as a symbol of our commitment to providing great homes to great people and serves as a beacon of revitalization in the heart of Springfield.
